§ 22-20. Inspections.

Before any newly installed or rebuilt private or public sewage disposal system is covered, the Director of Health or the Director's authorized designee shall inspect the same and either issue in writing any violations of this Sanitary Code, or if none, he shall issue a permit to discharge.
