§ 22-40. Information required for industrial establishments.

Latest version.

In the case of an application for a sewer permit for an industrial establishment, the applicant shall provide the Sewer Commission with the following information:

(a)
The total number of persons employed.

(b)
The total number of employee hours per day.

(c)
The type or types of products.

(d)
The nature of industrial waste.

(e)
The average daily quantities of industrial wastes.

(f)
The maximum hourly quantity of industrial waste.

(g)
Other waste characteristics.

(h)
The source of water.
