§ 23-1. Establishment; duties.

The Board of Trustees shall supervise the use and control of maintenance and repair of the Town-owned facilities (building and appurtenant land) known as Lanesville (South End) Fire Substation located on Lanesville Road, which facilities shall be used primarily as a fire station manned, operated and equipped by a duly established fire district, fire department or fire company. Said Board of Trustees is authorized to enter into any and all contracts and to expend appropriated funds as necessary to maintain and to repair said facilities.
