§ 7-73. Penalties for offenses.

Any person who violates any provision of this Article or the practices and procedures adopted by the Town Council for the segregation, transportation, processing or disposal of solid waste or recyclables shall be subject to any and all civil remedies, including temporary and permanent injunction, which may be available to the town.
