§ 18-75. Extended driveways.

Any new driveway that is to be extended beyond the thirty-foot minimum as set forth under § 18-74 above shall be constructed as follows:

(a)
If the extended driveway is to remain unsurfaced, it shall have a minimum of six inches of gravel or its equivalent.

(b)
If the extended driveway is to be hard surfaced, it must be constructed as described in § 18-74 above.
