§ 22-18. Permitted methods for disposal of septic tank contents.

Latest version.

Night soil (septic tank pumpings) shall only be disposed of by the following methods:

(a)
Processing at the Town sewer plant.

(b)
Any method of burial conforming to the requirements of the Connecticut Public Health Code.
