§ 2-10. Justices of the Peace.

In accordance with Section 9-183a(b)(3) of the Connecticut General Statutes, notwithstanding Charter Section 303 to the contrary, the number of Justices of the Peace to be selected in 2000 and quadrennially thereafter shall be 45 selected in accordance with the Connecticut General Statutes.
