§ 2-34. Supervision.

The pension plan established by this division shall be supervised by the Board of Selectmen under terms and conditions set forth under a document entitled "Pension Plan for Highway Employees and Appointed Police, Town of New Milford, Connecticut, July, 1964," which is made a part hereof.
