§ 7-67. Provisions to be concurrent with those of other municipalities.

This Article shall be deemed to be concurrent with such ordinances as shall be enacted by the City of Danbury and the Towns of Bethel, Bridgewater, New Fairfield, Brookfield, Newtown, Redding and Ridgefield, provided that such ordinances are consistent in material respects with the provision of this Article as determined by the Town Counsel. This Article shall be deemed concurrent even though it is not adopted simultaneously with the ordinances of such other municipalities and even though one or more of said municipalities may fail to adopt said Article.
