§ 7-5. Collection vehicle requirements.

(a)
Collectors shall collect garbage, rubbish, ashes, mixed refuse and bulk refuse only in vehicles that are fully enclosed steel-type packer bodies or fully enclosed bodies of wood or metal.

(b)
Vehicles used in the collection of garbage or refuse shall be cleansed weekly by the use of a disinfectant or steam cleaning.
