§ 7-4. Right of owner or lessee to store nonputrescible material.

Nothing contained in any section of this chapter or §§ 22-18 through 22-24 of this Code of Ordinances shall be deemed to prohibit any person on any premises, owned or leased by said person, from keeping, possessing, storing or otherwise using or keeping for use any nonputrescible substance or material.
