§ 30-15. Bathrooms and water closet compartments.

Every bathroom and water closet compartment shall comply with the light and ventilation requirements for habitable rooms contained in §§ 30-13 and 30-14, except where the bathroom or water closet compartment is adequately ventilated by a ventilation system which is kept in continuous or automatic operation and approved by the NMHD.
